Collaborators are the company’s most important asset. For this reason, we launched TVC 20.30, an internal training program which focuses on the people in the organization. A project that increases individual skills, with particular attention to sharing the company’s vision, mission, and values, and improving transversal skills in order to better carry out all individual and group activities. A further aim of this program is to improve the management of mood, interpersonal relationships and the management of emotions in a personal and professional context.
